The Westin Resort in St. Thomas is a stunning property with incredible views, but the service leaves much to be desired. While the amenities are top-notch and the setting is beautiful, I found the staff overwhelmed and unresponsive, which really dampened the experience. It feels like they're taking advantage of the captive audience who can't easily leave the resort and find better service elsewhere.
